Bex has 6 years’ experience within the exercise & nutrition industry working within Cornwall & Devon. From an early age Bex has always played a variety of sports- whether its tennis, badminton, football, athletics or netball; and has gained county level in a range. Bex has always been enthusiastic about fitness, and in later years found a real passion for nutrition. She feels that nutrition is a vital component in fitness/well-being and health and likes to keep updated on new research for all aspects of health.
Bex Specialises in: Weight loss, general fitness & wellbeing, muscle toning & stamina, co-ordination, cardiovascular training, specific sport training, professional nutritional analysis, nutritional support & guidance, and nutrition plans. She believes a 'whole body' approach is required for clients to reach their targets and with this in mind; is keen to work one-on-one to devise a tailored program, and to motivate and inspire individuals - whatever their desired goal maybe.
Other than regular middle-distance running, Bex is a season ticket holder at Plymouth Argyle FC. She also has an interest in tennis, and is a regular visitor to Wimbledon. Bex also has Chihuahuas that she adores, and enjoys nature walks in various beautiful locations.
