We are happy to confirm that in line with government legislation, from 19th July 2021, we will no longer be enforcing social distancing or requiring the wearing of face masks at Waterside Cornwall. If any of our guests or staff feel more comfortable wearing masks, then we would encourage you to do so. The reception and bar areas of our central building remain fully open but unfortunately, our restaurant, pool and gym will remain closed for the foreseeable future.

What is provided in the cost of our stay?
All linen and towels are provided in the lodges.
You will find some toiletries and a dishwasher tablet to get you started in your lodge.
Free use of playground.
WIFI is available free of charge in the lodges and in the main building.
Travel cots and highchairs are available but must be booked in advance of your stay. Please note we do not provide cot linen
Parking is available for one car by each accommodation; all other vehicles should be left in the mail car park after unloading.
All accommodation is Non Smoking.
What time is check in/check out?
Check in time is 5pm and you will be required to check out by 9am. Early check in and late check out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and at an additional cost. Call or email us in advance of your arrival to check availability
Will a security deposit be taken?
You will be required to pay in full for your accommodation 14 days ahead of your arrival.
What do we do when we arrive at Waterside?
Before arrival, you will be sent an electronic welcome pack, containing your lodge number, instructions for retrieving your key, a map of the site and contact numbers for our team. Due to the closure of the main building at the site, please proceed directly to your lodge upon arrival.
How late can we check in?

Can I choose to book a specific lodge?
If you would like a specific lodge then we will endeavour to ensure that your needs are met; however, we are unable to guarantee this. Please call reservations to discuss your needs.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
You will be required to pay in full for your accommodation 14 days ahead of your arrival. You may cancel your stay up to 14 days prior to arrival with no charge, but after this time, you will be charged 100% of the value of your booking as a cancellation fee
Are the activities included in the cost of the stay?
Our main resort building, housing reception, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and gym remains closed due to COVID restrictions. Segway hire, mountain bike hire, Football Golf and Fishing are all available on site and should be booked in advance of your stay
When are the tennis courts open?
Availability is daylight-dependent. In the summer season the courts are open 8am – 7pm.
