Meet the team
Erika is a specialist in strength & muscle building, stretching, functional training, weight loss and nutritional guidance.
Bex specialises in general fitness & well-being, professional nutritional analysis, nutritional support & guidance, nutrition plans, cardiovascular training, specific sport training, and co-ordination exercises. She believes that a whole-body approach is the best method for clients to attain their targets, and with this in mind, she is keen to work one-to-one, devising a tailored program for each individual and motivating and inspiring them to reach whatever goal they may have desire.
Deborah Sarah Baker
Although her personal focus is bodybuilding-orientated, she is highly proficient in writing custom training programs and nutrition plans for elite athletes as well as helping members of the public achieve their desired goals. For example, through body re-composition: whether gaining muscle mass or losing unwanted fat, whilst improving overall well-being.
To our personal trainers, time is important, so we must insist that all cancellations are notified in advance by calling your trainer or reception on 01208 831808. Cancellation will incur charges as follows:
More than 24 hours notice – No charge incurred.
Less than 24 hours notice – a 50% charge will be incurred.
Less than 12 hours notice – a full charge will be incurred.

Training program – £10
A bespoke fitness program, crafted by one of our Personal Trainers. Tailored to your health and fitness requirements, your program will be user friendly and provide consistency to your training.
Training program Plus – £15
Really maximise your Training Program through receiving specific tips and advice from our Personal Trainers and Fitness Team.
The ‘Training Program Plus’ bridges the gap between Personal Training and the basic Program. This option will provide you with a step by step introduction to the recommended workout.
Personal training per session – £35
Elite package – £300 for 10 sessions and
£160 for 5 sessions
