Erika Jefimenko

Erika has been dancing since the age of eight and has had five years of professional experience within the fitness industry, having worked in this field in both England and her native Lithuania. She moved to England in 2016 to improve her knowledge and gather new experiences. She is advanced in a variety of dance types, including contemporary, classic and rhythm dancing.

Erika is a specialist in strength & muscle building, stretching, functional training, weight loss and nutritional guidance.

Bex Foster

Bex has six years of experience within the exercise and nutrition industry, and she has from an early age been notably skilled in a variety of sports, which include football, athletics, tennis and netball. Bex has always been enthusiastic about fitness, and in later years found a real passion for nutrition. She feels that nutrition is a vital component in fitness/well-being and health and likes to keep updated on new research for all aspects of health.

Bex specialises in general fitness & well-being, professional nutritional analysis, nutritional support & guidance, nutrition plans, cardiovascular training, specific sport training, and co-ordination exercises. She believes that a whole-body approach is the best method for clients to attain their targets, and with this in mind, she is keen to work one-to-one, devising a tailored program for each individual and motivating and inspiring them to reach whatever goal they may have desire.

Deborah Sarah Baker

Debbie has always been highly motivated and had a keen interest in the health and fitness industry. Originally, she started off as a keen runner; however, she grew passionate with resistance training and started her bodybuilding career in 2016. She has gained 2nd place in her regional qualifier in the Athletic Figure division and achieved an invite to the Britain finals in 2017.

Although her personal focus is bodybuilding-orientated, she is highly proficient in writing custom training programs and nutrition plans for elite athletes as well as helping members of the public achieve their desired goals. For example, through body re-composition: whether gaining muscle mass or losing unwanted fat, whilst improving overall well-being.

Cancellation policy
To our personal trainers, time is important, so we must insist that all cancellations are notified in advance by calling your trainer or reception on 01208 831808. Cancellation will incur charges as follows:

More than 24 hours notice – No charge incurred.
Less than 24 hours notice – a 50% charge will be incurred.
Less than 12 hours notice – a full charge will be incurred.
